Planned Water Shutdown | Dobson | Thursday 12 September

There will be an overnight water shutdown in Dobson this Thursday, 12th September 2024, from 10pm until 4am Friday morning, lasting approximately 6 hours.

This is to allow for work on a water main and will affect the whole of Dobson.

Our contractor will endeavor to keep all inconvenience to a minimum and does not anticipate the overnight shutdown will significantly affect residents. Should disruption affect you significantly, we recommend that you make suitable arrangements for the temporary storage of water for use during this period.

Please note: If you notice cloudy water coming from your tapes in the morning, this could be the cause. The cloudy appearance is not a concern; it is simply air entering the water mains, which dissolves and forms bubbles, leading to cloudiness.
