2020 Report
2020 Report
Council, through Opinions Market Research Limited, undertook the 2020 Resident Satisfaction Survey between 30 October 2020 and 8 December 2020. The survey was conducted after the general election of 2020.
The 2020 survey data was conducted using a hybrid method. This means the surveys were captured by online self-completion surveys as well as telephone interviews. This hybrid model was first introduced in 2019 and this has seen a shift in satisfaction level, due to the nature of the self-selection of the online surveys. In 2020, 200 interviews were conducted by telephone and 273 surveys were completed online.
