2023 Report
Council, through Opinions Market Research Limited, undertook the 2023 Resident Satisfaction Survey between November 2022 and February 2023.
The 2023 survey data was conducted using a hybrid method. This means the surveys were captured by online self-completion surveys as well as telephone interviews. This hybrid model was first introduced in 2019 and this has seen a shift in satisfaction level, due to the nature of the self-selection of the online surveys. In 2022, interviews were conducted by telephone and online surveys, 364 samples in total.
The Resident Satisfaction Survey:
- Measures the community satisfaction with Grey District Council.
- Provides a picture around areas where performance needs to improve.
- is completed by a minimum of 350 people, residents aged 18 and over
Many thanks to everyone who participated in the survey. The complete report is available to read below.
