Road Closures Haupiri, Greenstone Road Kumara and inchbonnie

Trees have been falling due to the high winds today and some roads have limited access.
Currently, the following areas have been affected
- Haupiri/Waikiti
- Greenstone Road
- Kumara and inchbonnie
Contractors are working to clear the trees however need to wait for the wind to drop enough for the team to work safely in the area.
Reports coming in indicate there are a lot of tree down and it is unlikely that they will reinstate all access routes today.
Please take care when travelling these routes as the full extent of the damage is not known at this stage.
