Grey District Council is excited to have some new systems launching, that will increase our ability to provide efficient customer service.
From today, we have a phone system operating for enquiries outside of business hours and on weekends. This service is for urgent issues that require a response between 5pm and 8am, and will allow us to deal with these issues more efficiently.
If you need to contact us, call 03 769 8600 and you’ll be put through to someone, no matter the time of day.
We would also like to introduce Snap Send Solve. Snap Send Solve is an app that lets you report issues such as dumped rubbish, footpath problems, water leaks and other problems you may see, directly to Grey District Council.
Snap Send Solve is already working well for many other organisations and we’re pleased to be able to offer it as an option for the Grey District community.
