The paper forms (and checklists) below can be printed and completed. Once completed, please bring these into Council and speak with the Customer Service Officers. Please ensure you have read the checklists and have all information required before submitting your application for a consent.

Specified System Sheets
The document below contains GDC's Specified System Sheets.
The document is editable and provided as a means to tell us about the Specified Systems incorporated in your building project. The standards listed are some common standards used for the specified systems and are intended to make it easier to compile a compliance schedule. The information is not exhaustive and other information may be required.
Please amend/add/remove the information as required and submit to the BCA with your building consent application.
Providing accurate information will reduce RFI's (requests for further information), help us process your application quickly, and reduce costs.
