Welcome to the Grey District Council Retirement Housing.
We provide 118 Retirement Housing units throughout the district with the aim to provide safe and affordable housing. They are mostly single bedrooms but there are limited two bedroom units available.
Although our units are designed for retirees who are active and able, we know that you will appreciate the convenience of having us take care of the outdoor maintenance for you. We mow lawns, clear gutters and tend to paths, leaving you time to do the things you enjoy.
You will have the comfort and privacy of your unit, and the security and support that comes from living in a friendly, communal environment.
