Les Mills BodyStep | Use a height-adjustable step and simple movements to push you into the fat-burning zone and shape and tone your whole body | 60 mins |
Cocky's Circuit | An all over body workout to powerful uplifting music. Be prepared to push yourself to the limit and outside of your comfort zone. Cocky will definitely put you through your paces in this awesome circuit. | 60 mins |
Les Mills RPM | Your Instructor will lead you through all the basic cycling stances and you can expect simulated hill climbs, sprints, interval training and more to powerful music. | 45 mins |
Les Mills RPM Express (beginners) | Designed for the new rider or the not so confident rider. In this class, our Instructor will lead you through all the basic cycling stances and you can expect simulated hill climbs, sprints, interval training and more but this time over a 30-minute session. | 30 mins |
Les Mills Sprint | Les Mills Sprint is the GRIT of RPM - Short and sharp. A high-intensity workout which is over before you know it as it's only 30 mins. | 30 mins |
Les Mills GRIT (Strength) | A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. | 30 mins |
