Road Closures planned for Milton Road next week

Geotechnical engineers have advised that fallen debris needs to be cleared from behind the existing protective blocks on Milton Road and more mass blocks need to be introduced to increase the safety of road users and residents. To allow for the completion of this work some road closures will need to be made next week.

The schedule for the closures is as follows:

Cleaning behind the existing mass blocks

• Monday 23rd – 9 am to 12pm

Works to introduce more mass blocks

• Tuesday 24th – 9am to 3pm
• Wednesday 25th – 9am to 3pm
• Thursday 26th – 9am to 3pm

Note: The road will be open daily from 12:30pm to 1:00pm

Emergency access will always be available.
