Earthworks got underway today for the Kōtare Domain redevelopment project.
Shaping for the new car park is the first cab off the rank, and our contractor Fairhall Agri Services has been moving old tyres, clearing trees and scrubs in preparation.
It's important for everyone's safety that people stay away from this part of the domain while work is being completed. There are large earthmoving vehicles on site and lots of potential hazards. Caregivers, please talk to kids about staying a safe distance away if they're heading to the domain to play.
The Kōtare Domain redevelopment will transform the area into a space for everyone to enjoy. It includes a variety of outdoor activities for play and exploration.
