The Grey District Council is offering subletting opportunities for various areas of land at 33 Lord Street, Greymouth. The head lease for the site is held by Mawhera Incorporation. Please note that several buildings on the property have been earmarked for demolition due to earthquake rating concerns.

- Area A: Approx. 828 m² yard space
- Area B: Approx. 242 m² yard space
- Area C: Approx. 119 m² shed space & 259 m² yard space
- Area D: Approx. 1,100 m² yard space
Important Information:
This site was formerly occupied by the Greymouth Gas Works, and as such, the ground may be contaminated. The land is currently capped and secured with a protective seal. Please be aware that any earthworks activity may encounter issues due to potential contamination.
