BOIL WATER NOTICE | UPDATE THURSDAY 10 APRIL 5pm

The Boil Water Notice remains in place until further notice for the GREATER GREYMOUTH AREA.

Affected areas include:

Greymouth, Cobden, Blaketown, Boddytown, Karoro, South Beach, Paroa, Kaiata, Dobson, Taylorville, Stillwater, Runanga, Dunollie, Coal Creek & Rapahoe.

Results from today’s testing show that the total coliform levels are now only showing in the Kaiata water supply zone and have reduced significantly. No E. coli has shown up in today’s testing.

We are confident that the actions we are taking are assisting to bring these levels down.
