Heat Related Road Bleeding

Council advises all road users that due to the region enduring hotter than usual temperatures our chip-sealed road network is experiencing areas of severe bleeding, we have engaged our contractors to spread crusher dust on the most affected areas. Motorists should keep a lookout and drive cautiously if they observe this work being undertaken.

The same conditions have resulted in our unsealed Road Network, experiencing unusually high dust problems, please slow down and be considerate to all.

All motorists are requested to be alert, reduce speed and to drive to the conditions.
