Greater Greymouth & Blackball Water Supplies Conserve Water Notice

Community Update

Ongoing demand on the water supply has not decreased and Council needs to put in place additional measures to reduce demand.

The use of sprinklers & automated irrigation systems will not be allowed until further notice.

Residents are able to use handheld hoses & watering cans for short periods of time per day.

This notice is for all users on the Greater Greymouth & Blackball Water Supplies.

Consumers are advised to continue to conserve water until further notice.

We will monitor the situation and Council will update residents via our website and Facebook pages as the situation develops.
