​Private Water Supplies Running Low

We’ve heard from residents who are running low on tank water and are wondering what to do.

Residents can engage a contractor to deliver water to their homes and top up their water tanks at their own cost. We’ve been in touch with Service Cartage, who are carting water for residents and they can be contacted on 03 755 7219.

Residents who collect water themselves with small tanks or containers are reminded to be cautious about the water source and the cleanliness of containers and equipment used to collect and carry water for drinking. If in doubt you should boil water before drinking it or use bottled water for drinking and in food preparation.
