Notice of Impounding and of Proposed Sale of Impounded Stock

The undermentioned stock have been seized for impounding from Clifford Street, Blackball and are impounded at the Grey District Council stock pound.

Description of Stock: 2 x ewes of unknown breed

Notice is hereby given that, unless the stock are claimed by the owner, the stock will be sold by public auction, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the impounding Act 1955, on Tuesday 11 April 2023 at 10:00am. Being not less than seven days from the date of this publication.
