There will be traffic management measures in place on Saturday 13th May 2023 between 5:00am and 10:00pm for the South Island Ultra Marathon.
The roads that will be affected are as follows:
- Gresson Street - From Arney Street to Gilbert Street
- State Highway 6
- Taramakau Highway
- Otira Highway (SH73)
- Greenstone Road - from Tui Street to Town Belt
- Stafford Loop Road
- Loopline Road
- Old Christchurch Road
- Miltown Road
- Hans Bay Road
- Sunny Bright Road
- Lake Kaniere Road
- Ward Road
- Kaniere Road
- Hokitika Kaniere Tramway
- Gilbert Street - from Gresson Street to 85 Gilbert Street
Motorists should expect delays or queuing during this time. Please take care around runners.
