About the role
This is a permanent full-time position where you will work as part of the support group and fully participate as a Customer Services team member.
About you
You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player. You will be able to effectively plan, organise and coordinate to ensure that goals are achieved. You are efficient, with a proven ability to apply discretion in dealing with sensitive issues and managing confidential personal information.
In addition, you will have:
- Minimum NCEA Level 2 achievement preferred.
- A high standard of computer literacy including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
