Poutini Waiora Resource Consent Application
Grey District Council has received a resource consent application from Ngai Tahu Pokeka Poutini in relation to 62 Shakespeare Street, Greymouth.
The application is to establish a health care facility at 62 Shakespeare Street Greymouth, which exceeds the maximum floor area for non-residential activities, breaches vehicle movements and parking requirements, and exceeds the maximum signage allowance within the Residential Environmental Area.
The application was notified on a limited basis to parties identified as adversely affected by the proposal.
Submissions
Submissions close at 5pm on Monday 18th November 2024.
Only parties that have been identified and served notice of the application may submit on this application. This is not a publicly notified application.
The submission must be in accordance with Form 13 of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003.
